THE FOUNDERS.

Over two decades, Phil has navigated the dynamic realm of live music and entertainment, with humble beginnings starting out as a Tour Driver, through unwavering dedication and passion, he swiftly climbed the ranks to assume pivotal roles such as a close protection officer, Road Manager, and Tour Manager for some of the biggest names out there.

Praised by peers for his loyalty, diligence, and confidence, Phil has transitioned into leadership and management positions within the industry. Beyond his professional endeavours, Phil indulges in a love for fitness and sports, including hiking, boxing, and ice hockey, underscoring his enduring commitment to the arts.

GEORGE

5 years ago, George started his journey in the music industry working in music promotion. Starting out as an intern he then worked his way up to become a Junior A&R Manager for a company working with some of the top labels and dance artists from around the world. He also has a strong knowledge of streaming promotion and playlist curation where he currently runs some very strong playlists on Spotify and Apple Music.

George’s love for music came from his father who worked his way up the ranks from a young age working with some of the biggest names in music. This is where George then found his passion for dance music, hearing the stories and listening to these amazing records, he knew this was the path he wanted to take in life.

After a big loss in his life, he knew life was too short to waste any more time so at the young age of 17 he landed his first role in promotion. After working hard for many years he’s now built up a very credible list of companies he’s worked with and roles that he’s earned. It’s safe to say, that music is George’s main passion in life and he is very dedicated to making something of himself and helping those around him along the way.
