KAMLOC

Camilo Luongo Castellanos, aka KAMLOC, is an experienced DJ and producer renowned for the intense musical style diversity portrayed throughout his career across electronic music compositions and acts. With a combined 20 years of experience as a music artist and audio/sound engineer, KAMLOC has an extensive professional background and a rooted ability to develop innovative productions and performances, collectively leading to his exponential growth across the music industry.

Hailing from Uruguay, South America and currently based in the United Kingdom, KAMLOC has always had a keen ardency for music. Part of that originated from his natural-born creative nature, while the other grew up inspired by his parents’ love for Uruguayan folklore and Latin music. In the late 90s, he relocated to Italy, where his fascination for vinyl records evolved, leading him to take a DJ course at the well-known music school NAM in Milan (IT). From there, KAMLOC began mastering the art of intertwining different genres such as reggae, hip-hop, house, techno, and Latin influences to create and perform single authentic pieces, which ultimately formed his distinctive and characteristic trademark sound – starting the pursuit of his music career.

KAMLOC’s current sonorities and musical endeavours showcase a dynamic range that spans from classic house to hard-groove techno and anything in between. Embracing timeless rhythms and soulful melodies, KAMLOC infuses his sets and productions with a nostalgic yet contemporary flair. Simultaneously, he delves into more intense, pulsating beats and grooves, creating high-energy experiences that captivate and invigorate audiences.
